How long will it take to receive my order?
Once received, orders can take 2 to 3 business days to be prepared, packaged, and processed. During holiday or sale busy periods your order may take longer to process.
After your order is processed and collected by our delivery partners, if you have listed an Australian delivery destination, your order should be delivered in between 2 to 8 business days. International orders can expect to be delivered within 6 to 27 business days.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been processed and received by our delivery partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number which can be used to view the progress of your order in transit.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions for your pieces
- Clean pieces regularly with a soft microfiber cloth.
- Remove jewellery before exercise and when swimming in pools or open water.
- Do not wear jewellery when showering or bathing.
- Never expose jewellery to cleaning products. Remove jewellery during household tasks, including cooking and cleaning.
- Remove jewellery when applying make-up or lotions and avoid spraying perfume, hairspray near your pieces.
- Plated jewellery will naturally tarnish over time when repeatedly exposed to environmental conditions, including humidity, moisture and sunlight.
- Store pieces in a safe and dry place away from direct sunlight.
What are your pieces made with?
The base metal of our pieces are made with either stainless steel, brass, or copper. This base metal is then plated with gold, silver, or rhodium, to achieve a spectacular finish.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day return period. For your return to be valid your piece must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
